I make a great deal about how my process is interactive. This is a sample of how that works and what you can expect as far as communications while I work on your project. I try to update you at the end of each day and if I have any questions on your project as I work. I am probably no better than any other painter but my process is specialized to involve you from start to end. This avoids mistakes and if any do happen, they get fixed while your project is still here.
I have a goal of 100% satisfaction and zero returns. This is how that happens.
This is the final leg of the journey on this project. I send minimally 4 shots of every finished piece so you can look it over and respond with comments. Good or otherwise. Not until you say good to go will I ship a piece to you. The pictures I will send will be significantly larger higher resolution so you can examine as if under a microscope. My process is a no surprises adventure. If you have any concerns I can send even more detailed photos of anything in question.
While it has never happened, I do this so if a project went so far off course, I will in fact strip back to square one and start over. The fact is my process is designed so nothing should ever be that bad, and any issues get corrected as i am working to avoid the total do over process.
